Day 23 – Healthy Living Challenge
Welcome to Day 23 of my Healthy Living 30 Day Challenge, created to support my Yoganudge Facebook group
If you’re a member of my Facebook group, I hope you downloaded my self-study tutorial 21 Days of Yoga (which is free for my FB group members) and have started a regular yoga practice in the comfort of your own home.
Here’s today’s healthy living tip:
As the week progresses we can get so busy we wear ourselves out, both mentally and physically. For that reason, take a break today and sit and color a nice picture with some crayons, colored pencils, or markers.
If you don’t have one of the many, many coloring books for adults that are available today, here are a few free pages you can download and color.
Once you’ve colored a picture, share it with everyone in our YogaNudge Facebook group.
Coloring can help you relax.
It can also help unlock your creativity.
Here are a few coloring books you might like to purchase, so you can make coloring a regular practice:
Sketches from the South of France: Postcard Sized Coloring Projects for Adults
Flower Coloring Book for Adults
Complex Designs Coloring Book for Adults

I have always loved to color. It is so relaxing and fun. However, I actually lean toward children’s color books with big pictures instead of the “adult” color books where there seem to be a lot of smaller things to color. I use a variety of supplies from crayons, to colored pencils and pens to markers and highlighters. Check out my latest image on the Yoga Nudge Facebook page.
I love coloring, too. But I usually “tangle” within the pictures in the coloring books.
