30 Day Healthy Living Challenge – Day 1
I’m a full time writer and writing coach, and I live and write by the sea on Florida’s beautiful Treasure Coast.
Since I spend most days working at my desk, it’s easy to let exercise and healthy eating go by the wayside and just work, work, work.
But when that happens, I notice my weight going up and my energy and productivity going down.
Which is why I created yoganudge.com in the first place – to remind and encourage myself and others to live a healthy life and stay active.
It’s also why I’m starting The 30-Day Healthy Living Challenge today.
As part of this challenge, you’ll make a vow to do one thing each day to start living a healthier, happier, more active life.
I’ll include some tips and resources here each day to help you.

Here’s today’s healthy living tip:
Try one small thing each day to live a healthier life and don't promise to do it forever. It will be too difficult to keep that promise. For example, instead of saying "I'm going to drink more water everyday", just say to yourself, "I'm going to drink more water today."
