  1. My husband grilled some hamburgers this past weekend and I made some chips in the oven. I sliced new potatoes very thin, tossed them in some olive oil and seasoning and cooked them in the over at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. They were crunchy and delicious. And they complimented the hamburger patties perfectly.
