Healthy Living Tip for Day 17 of the Healthy Living 30 Day Challenge — 3 Comments

  1. Wow, I am surprised at the number of super foods I eat regularly. Almonds, avocados, dark chocolate and eggs. I occasionally eat spinach and watermelon. One of my favorite snacks or light lunch is to take a piece of toast, spread mashed avocado on it and top with sliced boiled eggs. I add some black pepper for spice.
