If you’re a member of my Facebook group, I hope you downloaded my self-study tutorial 21 Days of Yoga (which is free for my FB group members) and have started a regular yoga practice in the comfort of your own home.
Here’s today’s healthy living tip:
As you're striving to live a healthier, happier, more relaxed life, take some time today to focus on just one thing about your body that you like and consciously feel a sense of gratitude for it.
For example, maybe you love your eyes, or your hair, or your hands, or the fact that you have long, slender legs.
Or maybe you love the way your body responds when you practice yoga or the strength you feel when you run or work out.
Try to start each day focusing on something positive about yourself like this.
After a few days, see if you are starting to feeling differently about your body overall.

I am thankful for having good skin. I have never worn any makeup and at 50 years old, I still get compliments on how good my skin looks. I know it is heredity but I could have gotten my dad’s skin instead of my mom’s.
