  2. A chocolate banana smoothies sounds really good. I have also found Atkins bars that don’t have near as much sugar as regular candy bars. My favorite is Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar that tastes like an almond joy candy bar but only has 2 g of sugar.
