become more confident

And now, for today’s Healthy Living Tip…

Become More Confident

You might struggle with things because of a lack of self-confidence.

But you don’t need to keep struggling.

You can build your self-confidence.

Try these tips:

1. Face a Fear

Is there a fear you want to conquer?

Give it a try.

Facing and beating your fears can lead you to a happier life.

It also boosts your confidence when you see that you’re stronger than your fears.

2. Embrace Independence

Being on your own can be scary, but it can also be helpful.

When it’s just you, you’re free to discover who you are and what you truly want in life.

3. Stick to Your Morals

It’s important to do what you believe is right both in business and in life.

Not compromising your morals will leave you feeling better physically and emotionally.

4. Be Patient

Having patience is a trait anyone can learn.

Practice patience by letting others go first in line, waiting your turn to speak during a conversation, and taking a deep breath when you notice you’re getting overwhelmed.

5. Live in the Present

Staying caught in the past can make it hard for you to function in the present.

Don’t allow the past to drag you down or prevent you from being the best you possible.

If you need help coping, look for a counselor.

If money is tight, search for a therapist who bills on a sliding scale.

6. Be Yourself

Being your authentic self allows you to connect with people on a deeper level.

If you pretend to be something that you’re not, then you won’t meet the people who want to embrace the real you.

You won’t become more confident overnight, but follow these tips and gradually  you’ll be a happier, healthier, more confident YOU.

Namaste,

  1. This is something I have always struggled with. Some days I feel pretty confident but other days I don’t think I can do anything. Fear is probably my biggest confidence buster. I know I have it and I try to work through it each time it sneaks up. Sometimes I overcome it and sometimes I have to keep working on it.
